Services can be tailored to fingerprint the needs of each individual facility providing added efficiencies to maximize fiscal savings and improved patient outcomes

Supplies
  • Supplies are delivered in person prior to discharge. This will allow time to educate patient on their wound pump for home use.
  • All out-patient supplies will be delivered to the patient’s home to ensure maximum support and a trouble-free experience. 
  • A la carte supply order options (order as little as 1 item) to ensure no wasted supplies, making all partial foam kits complete and ready to use.
  • Return any amount of supplies for a credit with no penalty or re-stocking fees. Foam kits opened or incomplete due to overutilization can still be returned for a credit.
At Home Services
  • Prior to a patient discharge STAT Medical will communicate with the servicing home health agency to go over expectations, wants and needs for each patient prior to weekly changes.
  • For more complicated wounds we offer consulting support for home health agencies on 1st change to ensure a seal is maintained through the first 48 – 72 hr. window until the next wound change.
  • Biweekly communication with every outpatient from discharge date until discharge of Nisus wound pump.
